All returns must be received within 14 days upon receiving your order. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
Refunds are only issued in the form of an online/Facebook store credit. We DO NOT issue cash refunds.
Please review your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service department at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt. We try our best to replace all defective merchandise ASAP.

1) Click here and complete the form. You can print your own return label by creating a UPS shipping label below, and dropping off at any UPS drop off location. Please note that if you choose to use our Easy Return Label Method, you will have $6.95 deducted from your store credit. Original shipping fees are also NON-refundable. Make sure to complete all of the required fields on the form.

2) You may also send your item back to us the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please make note of your tracking number, and complete the Return Form.
