Placing Orders:
Our website is now up for your shopping convenience! .  We also offer weekly Facebook & Instagram sales that allows you to purchase directly off of our Facebook page.  The sale takes place every Wednesday evening at 8:30pm EST.  Please be sure to click on our Social Icon links on our homepage.  Be sure to "Like" page and Register directly on our Facebook home page.  Or "Follow" us on Instagram.
Delivery Time:
We ship most orders within 5-7 business days.   PRE-ORDER items have different ship dates!  Ship dates are clearly mentioned in the description of the item - but are usually within 2 weeks.   Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.  If you have any questions or concerns about a shipment, please email us directly at service@jennyboston.com.
Website Return Policy: 
We pride ourselves in providing high quality items and stand by our products 100%.  If you receive an item from our Facebook sale that you would like to return, you may return it at a boutique location or by mail. Please refer to our RETURNS Policy page on our website for our return information.  You MUST submit a Return form along with your returned item.


Addresses/Lost or Stolen Merchandise:

Ensuring your address is correct at time of checkout is the customers responsibility Jenny Boston is not responsible for item replacement when a wrong address is provided. So please ensure your address is correct in PayPal for Facebook orders and for Web orders.
