Placing orders:
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information. At this time, we are not taking orders over the phone. If you have questions regarding any of our products and services, you can email us at sales@jennyboston.com. We are available Monday through Saturday from 9am-6pm. We will answer all email inquiries within 24 hours. Your credit card will not be processed until your order has been processed.
Inventory levels:
The availability information presented on our site is the most current, accurate inventory information we have. Most "SOLD OUT" items are restocked within 3-5 business days. If an item cannot be restocked, it will be removed from our site and replaced with another great item. Our product selection changes almost weekly to keep things "Fun & Fresh" for our loyal customers!
Delivery Time:
All orders ship within 2-3 business days from when the order was placed. Monogrammed items make take up to 10 days to ship, as they are made upon order. We will notify you once your order is to be shipped. If you require your order to be completed by a specific time, please email us with your order number and the date that you need it completed by. We will do our best to accomodate your order request!
Shipping Rates:
Jenny Boston uses USPS for most shipping . All items are shipped with a delivery confirmation tracking number.
Shipping & Handling fees (within the US):
- Up to $24.99: $3.50 Flat Rate
- $25-$50.00: $5.50 Flat Rate
- $50-$100.00: $7.50 Flat Rate
- $100++: $10.00 Flat Rate
Express shipping rates are available upon request.
Coupon & Discount Policy:
If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the coupon code box on the order form. The best way to keep up with available coupons/discounts is to subscribe to our newsletter, that way you can be the FIRST to know!
Return Policy:
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we stand by all of our products 100%. You can return any item (except personalized items) for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit. We do not issue Cash refunds.
To return an item, please send an email to sales@jennyboston.com for a return authorization number and return address information. We will accept authorized returns as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Any defective product can be returned within 30 days of original purchase date for a store credit.
